Before starting her own business, Denise was the Senior Payer Application Specialist at a specialty hospital in Rhode Island, responsible for maintaining the active provider enrollment status of approximately 400 providers, including medical, behavioral and nutritional, in a network of over 20 different insurance carriers throughout the New England states. Her primary focus at ECS is working with large group aggregation projects.

Richard has served in a supervisory and management role at several large clinical laboratories in the Northeast. He has performed as a hematology technician at various locations for over 30 years and has developed a great understanding of the provider enrollment and credentialing process since working at ECS. His primary responsibilities are areas related to the financial operations of ECS.

Jacki gained her expertise in provider enrollment and credentialing at a large New England health system. Her primary responsibility was completing and maintaining accuracy of the universal online credentialing application, CAQH, for approximately 500 providers. In 2008 she was named National Chair of the CAQH Universal Provider Data Large User Group Forum. Jacki oversees internal operations at ECS and focuses on streamlining processes through database development.
